P0515 Efficacy of G-POEM or POP in Refractory Gastroparesis: A Systematic Review

Author Insight from Naveen Prasad Gopalakrishnan Ravikumar, MD, University at Buffalo

    What’s new and important here?

We believe this is the first systematic review looking at the efficacy of G-POEM. We looked at the clinical and technical success rates, as well as the adverse events associated with the procedure. Based on our findings, G-POEM has seemed to have good success rates in refractory gastroparesis compared with the previous treatment modalities.
