    What’s new here and important for clinicians?
    This is the first study to demonstrate that Dronabinol (cannabinoid drug) is effective in non-cardiac chest pain.

     What do patients need to know?
    That there is hope for many of the patients who do not respond to current treatment, and that a 4 week treatment DID not demonstrate any major side effects.
